After one day relaxing in Kazan I continued to Moscow. In the middle of nowhere I unexpectedly met Rah, the motorcyclist from Singapore who was traveling with us through China. How small the world is! Shortly before I reached Moscow I spent several hours in the beautiful city of Suzdal. This city was once the seat of the royal family. Beautiful churches and magnificent monasteries are witnesses of a golden period. When the Transsiberian Railway was built it was connected to the city Vladimir and therefore the city of Suzdal wasn’t important for the industry, which saved the ambient of this place.
In Moscow my friend Johannes joined me to drive the last stage to both our hometown. We could stay for several days in the flat of Ruti, who I met on my journey to India in a bar in Laos. He was a great host, city guide andalso loves writing travel reports (www.rutisreisen.de).

toller Blog! Ich bin gerade auf ihn gestoßen, da ich auch über den Landweg nach Asien möchte. Zwar ist dein beitrag aus 2016 etwas veraltet, aber vieles scheint doch noch schwierig befahrbar oder gar als Reisender ohne eigenes Auto nicht möglich zu sein. Wäre schäde..
